Perfect hotel if you have an early flight. Free airport shuttle saved me a taxi ride, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained

Nothing this property accepted our booking , charged us and when we arrived there were no rooms available.On arrival I spoke to reception and the hotel manager who both confirmed I wouldn’t be charged . It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received a refund. Booking.com have also tried to contact the hotel and they haven’t responded to them either.

My first and last stay at this location.Room was very small and had no windows. The A/C was too loud. The walls gave no sound protection. I heard everything that went on around my room...telecon calls, snoring, talking etc.

The food was amazing! The rooms were clean. The in-house Restaurant was good experience. Yes it was in a very convenient location

Location

- room wasn’t clean.- booking.com listing says free airport drop off (it wasn’t so)- the place lacked basic amenities traveling tourists might want (and the answer is basically no, no empathy towards telling customers how to get them or if they can help)

We opted for the full-board / all-inclusive plan however for the lunch, the staff informed that we are only allowed to select the Thali option (which was not at all my understanding at the time of booking), however the staff in the evening shift did offer to chose from the full restaurant menu at the time of dinner. I hope management takes effort to address this inconsistency.

Absolutely pathetic staff. They kept staring at my wife as if they have seen women for the first time. They were equally rude during conversation

Relaxing and Pleasant Stay The property is well located near the airport and quite spacious. Rooms are well maintained and the food buffet is amazing. Overall a very relaxing and pleasant stay and definitely top value for money.

Staff at reception were pompous and disagreeable and not particularly helpful when it came to ordering a taxi to the airport.Room was clean and functional, but lacked windows.
